On Isle of Palms — a barrier island beach community about 20 minutes east of downtown Charleston — this home offers the perfect blend of beach lifestyle and city access. The Isle of Palms County Park beach is one of the best in South Carolina: wide, clean, and family-friendly. Wild Dunes Resort's championship golf courses and tennis facilities are on the island. The Windjammer, the island's beloved beachside bar and live music venue, is an institution. For dining beyond the island, Sullivan's Island (Poe's Tavern, Obstinate Daughter) is just across the connector bridge. Downtown Charleston — with its world-class dining and historic waterfront — is about 30 minutes west.

The house was very comfortable with everything we needed for our family of 6. Freshly renovated and clean was a huge plus.

Colleen is a great host-we needed to start our stay a day early and she graciously allowed it and made the process very easy. The house is immaculate and nicely decorated. All furnishings and appliances appeared brand new. The location can’t be beat. A great stay in Wild Dunes. Thank you, Colleen!
